On February 10, 2023, UbiPharm Côte d'Ivoire, expert in the pharmaceutical supply chain in Côte d'Ivoire, was present at the 9th edition of the Forum des Stages in Yamoussoukro. The theme of this year was: "The challenge of youth employment".
The 2023 edition of the Internship Forum was chaired by Ms. Francine BLE, Regional Director of Youth Promotion (representing the Minister of Youth Promotion, Professional Insertion and Civic Service).
The Internship Forum, organized by Empower Talents & Careers, is an opportunity for young people to meet more than 30 companies, including UbiPharm. During this professional meeting, the UbiPharm group teams were able to animate a workshop on the theme: "Communicating to the World these values of Africa that win"; meet and exchange with graduates and future graduates about career opportunities within UbiPharm.
Mrs. Kadidiatou DIABY, Director of Human Resources of the UbiPharm group, was also a panelist at the opening conference on the theme: “Why job creation is important ? ”, She explained: "The quality of the training of young people is important in order to be in adequacy with the needs of companies.
